Payment & Coverage

Our office is currently affiliated with numerous "managed care" networks including, Blue Cross & Blue Shield (PPO, Blue Card, HMO), Medicare, PHCS, First Health, Humana, Aetna, Cigna, Beech Street and many others not listed.

A discounted cash payment plan is available for those patients who do not have insurance.

We will also bill your auto insurance if you have been involved in an auto accident.

Florida is a "no fault" state - no matter who is at fault for the accident you claim your medical through your own "PIP" personal injury protection on your auto insurance policy. If you have an attorney we will work with your attorney.

We accept payment from Workers' Compensation too!

Currently, in Florida, upon approval from workers' comp you can get up ro 24 visits or 12 weeks of treatment. We do bill some out of state workers compensation as long as we get approval from the adjuster or the insurance company.
